“There is almost a sensual longing for communion with others who have a large vision. The immense fulfillment of the friendship between those engaged in furthering the evolution of consciousness has a quality impossible to describe.”
~ Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
Round table initiatives are at the heart of Grail Leadership. This is where the vision of new-paradigm leadership becomes embodied in this physical reality. Individuals and organizations each bring their unique genius together in service of a shared intention that serves humanity and the Earth, co-creating the more beautiful world our hearts know is not only possible ~ it's inevitable. Learn more by reading Holly's article: Leading from a Round Table.
The round table initiatives of members of the Grail Leaders Playfield are featured here. Members can then support these initiatives in many ways ~ including contributing their "seed money" (11% of any registrations or contributions made to Grail Leadership) as part of our Spiral Revenue Sharing model.
Do you have a big vision or initiative that serves humanity or the Earth? Would you like it to be featured here? We have created a template that you can use as a framework to support you in describing your initiative in a way that will magnetize people, resources and opportunities to you. Members can access the template in the Round Table Initiatives section of the Grail Leaders Playfield.
Would you like support for your vision or initiative? As part of our Weekly Weaving zoom calls, we offer spotlight support for members who are working on their big ideas, visions or initiatives ~ especially in the areas of regenerative food & farming, water sovereignty, and community building. There is no charge for membership or spotlight support. For deeper engagement with even more focused support, see our Offerings page.
Boulder is a natural food lovers' haven. And yet a full 98% of our food is imported from outside the region. We're reclaiming our food sovereignty with an audacious goal: by 2025, at least 55% of the food consumed in the Boulder Front Range will be grown locally.
You are invited to remember your true nature as an Ally of Earth and to acknowledge and appreciate the sovereignty of her lands and water systems, on behalf of Earth, each other, our ancestors and future generations.
